100 % Prunelart (aka Prunelard)

This wine comes from 25yo vines planted on clay-limestone soils. The winery’s 6ha are farmed biodynamically to support the biodiversity in the vineyards

Grapes are hand-harvested, then destemmed and macerated for 10 days. Aged 10mo in fiberglass vats, then bottled without filtration, fining or added sulfites..

Bright, fruity aromas of dark cherry, with notes of eucalyptus. Light-to-medium bodied on the palate with very light tannins, medium acidity, and notes of wild blackberry and plum.

The winery is located in Castelnau-de-Montmiral, with some vineyards in Lisle-sur-Tarn, in the Gaillac region of Southwest France.
