Les Vins de l'Arpette Se Met au Vert 2023

50% Verdanel, 30% Mauzac, 20% Loin de l’oei

Grapes are hand-harvested, then the Verdanel is destemmed and macerated for 10 days. The Mauzac and Loin de l’oeil are pressed-direct, then cold settled. Aged 8mo on the fine lees in fiberglass vats, then bottled without filtration.

Aromas of green herbs and tropical fruits - kiwi, mango, and pineapple. Medium-bodied on the palate, with medium acidity and a smooth finish. Notes of golden apple and citrus pith.

The winery is located in Castelnau-de-Montmiral, with some vineyards in Lisle-sur-Tarn, in the Gaillac region of Southwest France.
