When last year’s fruit arrived at the cantina the vast majority of Litrozzo Bianco from 2018 was still sweet. They decided to add the skins of their Litrozzo Bianco, Rosato and Rosso 2019 to allow the wine to finish fermentation, producing three new wines from the same base. Â
