A bright and energetic Loire red built on equal parts Cabernet Franc and Grolleau, showing notes of cassis, cherry, and tart red berries layered with violet, fresh herbs, and a subtle peppery edge. Light to medium-bodied with lively acidity and a slight spritz, giving it a zippy, refreshing feel. Best served with a chill. Pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables, sausages, roast poultry, and casual sharing plates.
