The Njuro is fermented spontaneously on the native yeasts for 16 days without temperature control. Bottled without filtration. The red is an elegant wine, not ferocious by any means, with a slight fade to its red color. The tannins of the red are gentle but present and the wine should prove to be good drinking early in its evolution. 

Bold with heaps of cherry, raspberry red fruit & an earthy, mushroom, leather grounding - elegant with gentle tannins.
