A single vineyard Nerello Mascalese from the Chiusa Spagnolo cru, planted around 1925 on ungrafted vines toward the valley floor of Etna's northern side. One of Cornelissen's five Grand Crus, powerful and tannic with violet, forest berry, and wet stone.
