A dense, age-worthy Gamay d'Auvergne from the Dhumes' original plot on volcanic basalt soils in Corent. Made from destemmed grapes with a long three-month maceration and a year in old barrels, it's full-bodied and textured with black cherry, sweet spice, fresh earth, and dried flowers.
