2024 Fattoria al Fiore 'Rosato' Cabernet Sauvignon, Neo Muscat & Merlot, Japan | 750ml | 10.5%

This is only the third release of Fattoria al Fiore’s Rosato, after 2017 and 2022. A long, hot late summer kept the black grapes from fully coloring, so winemaker Hirotaka Meguro leaned into it and made this rosé intentionally pale. It’s wild-fermented, unfiltered and a little spritzy: an energetic Japanese natural rosé for adventurous drinkers.
