This 2024 is a wonderful syrah/grenache from the cooler microclimate of Caunes-Minervois, nearby his mentor and friend Jean-Baptiste Senat. Ecocert-certified, biodynamic, and hand-harvested with no filtering or fining and low sulfur. Spends one year in used barrels but still exemplifies the fresh and lively style for which Fabien is known.
Funky, fruity, totally easy drinking - dark fruits, leather, rhubarb pie with an earthy mineral soil and smoke. Very dynamic
