This 2017 wine shows ethereal aromas of lemon, hay, flower, pear and stone, really lovely. The palate is dense but light with firm stony acidity and flavors of quince, pear, citrus and caramel with a long very mineral saline finish. This is a beautiful, natural Sauvignon, delicious now, perhaps best after five years of aging.
