Joan-Ramon Escoda spent years working in a large cellar in Catalunya and traveling the vineyards of France. His experiences helped guide him to the biodynamic farming and natural wine movements. The vineyard is located in Conca de Barberá is a small DO in Catalunya. Grapes are sourced from several parcels of 12 to 30 year-old vines, grown on limestone and clay soils. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak. No SO2 added.

Earthy, ripe strawberries followed by bright, acidic cranberries - nicely balanced.
