Elodie Balme is a long time favorite producer at Wine Therapy. Marcel Richaud's niece is a very gifted winemaker, 75% Grenache, 15% Carignan, 10% Syrah. Sourced from low yielding vineyards in the commune of Buisson. Just north of Rasteau.  Fermented on indigenous yeasts in concrete tank to retain freshness. A very elegant cotes du Rhone.
