2024 Einhart Alsace White Blend, Alsace, France | 750ml

Théo Einhart's take on the classic Alsatian edelzwicker, led by Auxerrois with Riesling, Muscat and Pinot Blanc. Hand-harvested from parcels averaging 25 years old, given a short cold soak and aged eight months on fine lees, it pours pale with lemon, white flowers and ripe exotic fruit. The texture is silky with vibrant acidity and a saline finish, and it is bottled unfined and unfiltered at 12%.
