About this wine
“No Es Pituko” is Chilean slang for “not fancy,” and this is the Echeverría family’s laid-back natural line. It’s 100% Carignan from ungrafted vines planted in 1923, wild-fermented in steel and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur. Black cherry, plum, baking spice and a touch of licorice sit on soft tannins and a juicy finish. Serve it lightly chilled with burgers, empanadas or anything off the grill.
