About this wine
A fresh, un-oxidative style of Jura Savagnin, with the barrels topped up so no veil of yeast forms. It shows green apple, quince, lemon peel and white flowers, with wet stone, a little hazelnut and a saline edge. The palate is taut and mineral, with vibrant acidity and a lingering, savory finish.
