Dolin Blanc is the original white vermouth, a style Dolin created in Chambéry, in the French Alps. It’s softer and sweeter than their Dry, with rich orange citrus, a touch of toffee, warm spice like nutmeg and cinnamon, and a creamy texture lifted by cinchona bark and hyssop. Sip it chilled over ice with a twist, or use it to round out cocktails made with gin, tequila, white rum or pisco.
