The "Hell" Series by Delinquente "“ experimental, boundary pushing, exciting, but above all, delicious wines from the Riverland. Certified organic vineyard, wild yeast, aged on solids in old oak, un-fined, unfiltered, minimal SO2.Rose, predominantly Albarino, but with splashes of Bianco d'Alessano, Malvasia and Nero d'Avola for good measure. Drinkable as hell, a blood orange zing gives way to a subtle green strawberry juiciness, which in turn rolls into an acid driven, and a slightly salty finish.
