A blend of Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris from organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley. Destemmed and co-fermented on skins for about three weeks, giving a textural, aromatic expression. Made by Brianne Day, one of Oregon's pioneering natural winemakers.
