Infernal heat in the Aosta valley basin - that's how this cuvée got its name! This wine has a convincing rusticity, with little tannin but good acidity. Black and red berries dance with leather, smoke and floral notes. There's something very fresh about this wine... it's like breathing mountain air... Paradise!
