Noella Morantin VDF Tango Atlantico 2018

The 2018 "Tango Atlantico" is a gorgeous blend of Cabernet Franc and Cot grown on clay/limestone with flint soils next door to  the Clos Roche Blanche, showing the vibrant fruit of this great vintage for Loire reds.  The wine shows a deep black/red color with  floral aromas of ripe black raspberry and red currant, peppery and lush with citrus and herbal notes. The palate is dense and ripe but very bright and vibrant, with sapid black raspberry/black cherry fruit with licorice and black pepper, finishing with firm chalky acidity and lingering black fruits . Serve cool with grilled chicken, pork or lamb. Delicious wine, with only 15 mg/l  SO2
