A field blend of three grape varieties farmed on clay-limestone and schist soils in the Roussillon. Macabeu and Grenache Blanc are co-fermented whole bunch, and Muscat à Petits Grains sees its own extended maceration before blending. Light bodied with a pale orange hue from the skin contact, gentle tannins, and bright, savory energy.
