From Saumur, a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Grolleau Gris, and 20% Gamay from organically farmed vines. Vinified with partial carbonic maceration. Naturally fermented, no additives, no added sulfites. All free-run juice. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Always a favorite, this might be the most elegant, bright version of this wine yet, with bright fruit and irresistibly silky texture.
