An equal-split blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from limestone heavy plots. After a short whole bunch maceration, the combined juices undergo élevage in stainless steel. With brambly, dark pink fruit on the palate and a floral, vibrant aromatic profile, it’s a wine best enjoyed with a slight chill.
