His domaine is in the village of Coulommes-la-Montagne, one the numerous villages of the Petite Montagne, a group of small villages in the larger Montagne de Reims. The area is known to produce the very best Pinot Meunier in all of Champagne. Loads of character and class, refreshing but not austere, with an impeccable balance of sweet fruit and cutting minerality.
