Bright red fruit, with slight feral and earthy undertones. 

Roger Diaz (who is also a high school teacher!) has a low-intervention approach to winemaking. He ferments in whole cluster with natural yeast always. He uses no SO2. Diaz's wines are bright, joyful, full of earth, and juicy black and red berried fruit. 

 Funky nose - blends into raspberry and cherries on the palate with some baking spices - light tannins on the finish.
