Cantina Indigeno Folk
A blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Montonico grapes, which are all indigenous to the area. Montonico is a rare, aromatic grape that has been rediscovered and revived in recent years. The grapes are grown at high elevations and undergo skin-contact fermentation, which gives the wine a slight tannic texture and adds complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel, maintaining its freshness and purity.
Vibrant wine with notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus, and a gentle earthiness. The minimal intervention winemaking—without added sulfites, filtering, or fining—further enhances its natural character.
