Renaud Bruyere & Adeline Houillon Arbois Blanc (Chardonnay/Savagnin) Les Tourillons 2020

This very interesting wine is a mix of 40% Savagnin from the Viaduc vineyard (see introduction) and 60% Chardonnay that was hand picked by Bruyère and Houillon from the Nouvelles and Viaduc vineyards in the Arbois commune.

The two varieties were harvested at the same time and assembled when pressing. It is rich but balanced. It spent three years in barrel prior to bottling in 2020.
