About this wine
Dolcetto from an 85-year-old, dry-farmed and own-rooted vineyard near the Pacific in Baja California. Hand harvested and fermented whole cluster with wild yeasts in a Beaujolais-influenced carbonic style. Light and elegant with crunchy dark fruit and fine, grippy tannins. Zero sulfites added.
