Made in respect of nature, vinified in large Austrian fermentation barrel, allowed to naturally 'mallo out' while mellowing for 9 months in french oak barrels, add a few months relaxing in bottle before being released and viola! A complex wine that is easy to understand- rich berry fruit with layers of earth and herbs brought together with spiced wood tannins.
