A blend of Chardonnay and Viognier from the organic vineyards of the Oustrics in Valvignères. The two varieties were added layer by layer and pressed slowly over four days, before twenty months of élevage in old barriques. A cooler vintage has produced a delicious wine which pairs delicate notes of stone fruits, green citrus and white flowers to great effect.
