Not heavily fruity, Matouse is a beautifully crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from Loire, with more of a nutty and savory expression. Grapes are biodynamically farmed but the wine has a very classic feel. Pears topped with warm nutmeg spice, buttery cream & a saline buzz - smooth, round with a smoky honey drizzle.
