The Silvaner grapes for Klein Heimat 2018 grow on Keuperboden on the Schwanberg in Rödelsee. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the mash for a week and then stored in stainless steel tanks, where they went through malolactic fermentation. This malolactic fermentation has a stylish effect - the wine tastes fuller. A very good food companion with little acidity and a multifaceted tannin structure.
