2021 proved to be a difficult vintage with plenty of rain and powdery mildew, yet they were still able to pick enough to continue the Fledermaus blend.

This year, with more Muller Thurgau for the fruit, a slightly smaller batch of Silver for structure and acid and a splash of Riesling for an extra aromatic sparkle. All bunches were foot trodden and then pressed straight away. Aged partly in stainless steel and partly in old oak barrels.
