Made from scarce, ungrafted vines, the Sauvignon Blanc was made reductively, while the Sémillon, pressed as whole clusters, was vinified oxidatively. The final blend was aged in foudres. Aromas include citrus zest, a hint of honey, white flowers and dried fruit. Expressive and aromatic, the palate adds a touch of creaminess and vibrant acidity.
