Seves Bouzeron Les Corderes 2023

The vineyard, Les Cordères, was planted in 1981 on the southeast border of Bouzeron, at the highest point in all the village. A white wine with a more natural slant, opulent on the palate, a touch cloudy visibly and just delicious and alive on the palate. Bouzeron is the only village in all of Burgundy dedicated solely to Aligoté. It gained its appellation status in 1997. A white wine to pair with braised fish with fennel and tomato.
