Lukas Tscheppe Sauvignon Blanc 'Rabusella' 2020
Lukas Tscheppe - a young winemaker from Fötschach, Austria, coming from a family of winemakers. Lukas cultivates Sauvignon and Pinot Blanc grapes on three hectares, producing four distinct wine labels and one cider using local apples. Operating on a small scale with eight to nine barrels, Lukas has a promising future.
His Sauvignon Rabusella is fresh and lively, featuring an aromatic diversity is initially difficult to categorize, with nose of flint, wet stones, overripe fruit, buttercups, and fresh earth.
