This wine is made from direct press Pinot Gris and PInot Auxerrois. The latest iteration has a subtle peachy hue, with a bit of Blanc de Noirs-type richness on the palate. Should pair brilliantly with food, but has enough body and texture to satisfy on its own too. Good acidity, but definitely a real wine with finesse and balance.
