“Nectar des Dieux” translates to ‘nectar of the gods’, and we think the celtic deity of wine, Sucellus, would slurp down a bottle like this one just fine. Fabien is a fifth generation winemaker working with 44 acres of organic and biodynamic vineyards in the mountains of Cahors, southwest France.

 Partially destemmed glitzy chardonnay, obscure sauvignon gris and acid-swinging colombard, while marmalade-y marsanne and full-bodied roussanne see one month of whole bunch maceration in concrete to amp up texture & aromatics. Flowers wrapped in plastic by the clerk, shamrock rose lantana, underripe ataulfo mango, pear saltwater taffy, citrus slushy & lactic undercurrents.
