La Rural Parellada 2022

This wine showcases the simplicity and purity of Parellada. It explodes with aromas of fresh stone fruits, pineapples, and melons. The wine is fermented using a combination of stainless steel, fiberglass, barrels, and glass demijohns without any added sulfur. The vineyards (organic since 2015) are on clay-limestone soils and are influenced by the Mediterranean climate, resulting in beautiful and vibrant wines.
