Cantina Giardino Tu Rosato 2022

Cantina Giardino's Rosato Tu is a natural rosé from Campania, Italy, made from a field blend of indigenous grapes like Aglianico, Primitivo, and Piedirosso. The vines, from old vineyards in Montemarano, grow at 500 meters above sea level in clay and limestone soils.

After a two-day skin maceration, the wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel. It's then aged for six to nine months in old chestnut casks and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.

With notes of black fruit, olive, herbs and brine, this packs all the dark, savoury complexity we love about the grape into a simple, pure and charming wine that is just effortless to drink.
