Exciting new producer Pierre Bourlier has worked a stone's throw from St. Joseph just that-a-way since 2015 after working with Gilles Azzoni & Domaine des Miquettes.
"Les Chambés" is co-fermented Pinot Noir & Gamay from sandy/granite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch macerated for 1 week prior to destemming and a further 2-week gentle maceration. The juice spontaneously ferments and is pressed to amphora for a 12 month élevage prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
