Favorita, from the I Vicini range, is produced by Jean-Yves Péron using organic, biodynamic and natural methods. It is made from organic grapes purchased in Asti (Piedmont). This white maceration wine is 100% favorita, a local white grape closely related to vermentino.

It bears the signature of a more continental terroir and climate than average. A fine acid base and plenty of minerality, sapidity and aromas in the manner of certain Alsatian grape varieties: fragrant without being exotic.
