
Cati Ribot Malvasia 2023
Cati's Malvasia reminds us of Chardonnay from a cool climate: Lemons with peel, almonds, some butter and subtle herbs on the nose - then lively in the mouth, with noticeable but balanced acidity and great vibrancy. The length is then quite impressive with the rather restrained aroma. Really elegant!
Fermented in stainless steel and then in 500L oak barrels for 4 months. Bottled without filtration or sulphur.
