Wild strawberries, plum and herbal (thyme) notes alongside spice and pepper notes. The wine is both juicy and tart at the same time, with an earthy edge to the tannins. Structured and complex for a wine that is unmistakably Jura. Finishes clean and long. Drink with a slight chill.
