Vinification Method: Three weeks of carbonic maceration, then elevage in large barrels for 5-6 months. Zero sulfur added.
Very soft and surprisingly light Syrah. Superbly drinkable with just right tannin and structure. Raspberry, blueberry, cola cherry, mineral and earthy notes and a black and red cherries finish.
