Certified Organic. 100% Pinot Noir taken Neuville sur Seine,  100% vintage 2010. Indigenous yeast ferment of the vin clair, malolactic fermentation completes, followed by one year’s aging on lees without filtration in neutral barriques. Bottled with liqueur de tirage in October 2011. No dosage, disgorged a la volée in December 2022 after 11 years on lees in bottle. Further aged under cork after disgorgement until release in December 2025. Unfined and unfiltered and without additional SO2. Deeply rare.
