As we do every year, here's our Gamay in 100% carbonic maceration for 7 weeks, which typifies our desire to focus on fruit and its deliciousness. A blend of 3 parcels of young and old vines located in Saint Germain-des-Nuelles (near l'Arbresle) in the Beaujolais region, with 3 different soil types (granite, marl, limestone). This vintage retains the silky, fruity structure specific to our Cuvée Vinum Bibo, but with more lightness than 2021. Easy to drink, with everything, from the beginning to the end of the meal, from aperitif to dessert.
