Fruktstereo, Free Your Rind 2021

This sparkling fruit wine (fruit pét-nat) consists of locally sourced apples, cherries, plums and grapes. The apples and cherries were harvested and grown at our Frukstereo's friend, Magnus Nilsson's fruit orchard Axelstorp in Skåne. The plums are from Solberga, Dalby and grapes from Hällåkra & Klagshamn just outside of Malmö. Mixing all these fruits creates an electric and vibrant beverage, that despite its multitude of ingredients is very much its own entity.
