A beautiful, translucent dark garnet in the glass. This wine has a fresh nose, balancing dark, stewed black fruit with a hint of lively spice and dry herbs. The taste is smooth and silky, feeling both full and light on the palate. A subtle, bright finish of tangy morello cherry leads to lingering notes of dark fruit and cocoa. Serve slightly chilled for the best experience

Zelige-Caravent is a natural wine producer located in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation of Languedoc, France, founded by Luc and Marie Michel. The winery focuses on organic and biodynamic farming practices to create distinctive, high-quality red wines. The harvest is all done by hand, destemmed or in whole bunches, native yeasts, submerged marc, sweet vinifs in stainless steel and concrete vats.
