Pinot Noir from thirty five year old vines planted over blue schist at La Ferme des 9 Chemins in Reichsfeld. The grapes were macerated as whole bunches for a week before being pressed to a combination of old barrels and sandstone amphorae for nine months of rest. Deep cherry-red in the glass, berries, earth, stones and spice combine to make for a brilliant expression of grape and place.
